Upon hire there will be an in depth review of our process, the clients vision for the space and project timeline. We'll collect and discuss inspiration photos, color palettes and the design style.
This phase includes floor / space planning, design concept board, elevations/3D renderings (with up to 2 revisions). Sourcing all furniture, lighting, flooring/area rugs, paint/wallcoverings, appliances, fixtures and accessories and pricing all needed service and any sourced items.
During this phase all product orders and services are placed and or scheduled. Products are managed and inspected upon delivery. Any returns or reorders will take place during this phase as well. Once all products have been delivered and pre-installation services are complete, we’ll schedule installation.
