Depending on the project location or service selected we will have an on-site or virtual consult lasting approximately 2 hours. During this phase, there will be an in-depth review of our design process and we will establish a clear vision of your design style, goals, must-haves, dislikes, timeline, and project budget.
We will collect photos and measurements of the space(s) being designed/styled and provide paint swatch options for color reference, if necessary. Following the consultation, we will send a proposal outlining the project as we understand it along with our associated design fee.
Please note the consultation fee will be deducted from your final project invoice of service selected.

During this phase all product orders and services are placed and or scheduled. Products are managed and inspected upon delivery. Any returns or reorders will take place during this phase as well. Once all products have been delivered and pre-installation services are complete, we’ll schedule installation.
